Advanced Billing - Start/End Dates

In one of my client's NetSuite account, the advanced billing feature is enabled, the invoice transaction form is showing that Start Date & End Dates are available. But even then Start/End Dates are not appearing on the invoice. Can anyone chime, what could be the missing piece?
