How to create a Saved Search excluding Customers who have sales last month but not from last year?
Hi all,
I am having some difficulty in implementing a saved search for our operations team. They have asked for a search that shows Sales Reps that have sold to a new customer/account.
Our operations team defines a new customer as someone who has never bought from us before, but also any customer/account who has not bought from us in over a year.
I am able to have my saved search bring up customers who are completely new, but cannot seem to figure out how to pull customers who have bought something in the last month, but also have not bought anything in the previous year.
