How to Maintain Customer Specific Pricing?
We have started to use customer specific pricing in Netsuite, and with prices assigned by item. The upload of the pricing took an incredibly long time (hours) for ne customer, with just under 3000 items on the price list. (I used a single csv file with customer internal id, item internal ID, level and price). The search, as described in the user documentation (search by customer as the only paramter in the pricing search page) times out before it can complete. What am I doing wrong, or is this an issue with Netsuite. I can update my entire pricing structure faster.
