How to Populate Expected Ship Date on Transfer Order?

We are trying to overwrite our Expected ship date and Expected Receipt Date in the transfer order's item line. But, we were not able to update those date fields.

The Supply Allocation feature is enabled in our Netsuite account. We found that we can edit the Date only when the allocation strategy on the item line is set to Do Not Allocate.

Please clarify how the Expected ship date and Expected Receipt Date are populated in the Transfer Order item line.

Is there any possibility of overriding the Expected Ship Date and Expected Receipt Date that populated by default without changing the Allocation strategy? Please advise
