Is is possible to set up QMS Inspection Sample Rate that triggers on certain arithmetic sequence?

Is it possible to set up an inspection rule that for an Assembly Build transaction that triggers on the 1st unit completed, then every 5th one after that?

These may or may NOT be Lot or Serialized items. I have done some testing with no luck.

WO qty is 20 the desire is to inspect

1st item, 6th item 11th item 16th item upon completion

Any help would be appreciated.
