How to Create Open Sales Order Saved Search filtered by item type?
Hi,
I'm trying to create a saved search for reminders for processing by our procurement team who raise receive and fulfil all special order PO's on Inventory & Non-Inventory items.
In order for them to have a list of sales orders they are working on, I am trying to create them a saved search that meets the following criteria:
- Show only Open Sales orders where some or all lines are pending fulfilment
- Show sales orders that have service items and inventory and/or non-inventory items
- DO NOT show sales orders that have ONLY service items on them, as there is nothing for procurement to do with these and they are clogging up their list...
