How to handle the error "The COMMERCIAL_INVOICE requires an electronic LETTER_HEAD"?

International Shipping in Fedex is a .. challenge. It often comes up with the error "The COMMERCIAL_INVOICE requires an electronic LETTER_HEAD".


Netsuite simply states: "NetSuite does not support uploading letter head images. This is mandated for shipping to certain countries."


This has been an issue for years. It started as a defect.. and then it devolved into "Issue 532090" by Netsuite: it's now a SuiteIdea.


Yes, I know that there's a workaround: In the Item Fulfillment > International tab > unmark Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, NAFTA Certificate of Origin, and Pro Forma Invoice and use FedEx services to process these documents.
