Why Does the System Add One Day to Production Dates When Status is set to Released in a Work Order?

edited Jan 27, 2023 12:20AM in Ask A Guru 10 comments

Hi Team / Gurus / Community,

Good Day! Requesting assistance for the following concern:

  • We noticed that on our Work Orders , when setting Status to Released, the system adds one day to the Production Start Date and End Date (standard fields). e.g. See screenshot "Sandbox 1 Work Order Sample.png", once the Status is set to Released, that Dates changes to 12/28/2022 from 12/27/2022
  • lready checked Workflow and Scripts and found that none of them should be responsible for this changeser does not and did not manually change the Datesccount is not using Advanced Manufacur ingMlready tried unchecking the Setup - Manufacturing - Manufacturing Preferences - Automatically Fill Actual Production Start and End Dates, but the behavior still happens>ork Order is created from a Sales Order, where it had an Item that has "Special Work Order Item" checkedlease advise. Thank you so much!

Howdy, Stranger!
