How do I create an Automated Email after the check has printed?
I cannot find guidance in SuiteAnswers and NetSuite Help. I have a client requesting specific request on printing checks and notifying customers 3 days after the check via email.
- Would like to create an automated email to grant recipients to let them know a check has been printed and will be on its way to them. We would want the message to go out three days after the check is printed.
- We would want the template to tell them the check number and the amount and to inform them they should wait 10-15 days before reaching out about the status of the check. We would only want this message going to vendors with the vendor type of “Grants”.
