How to include sales order with uncommitted items in the Open sales order report?

Hi

The current open sales order report only show sales order status with pending fulfilment and partial fulfilment where the items are committed.

I would like to customize the open sales order to include sales order where items are committed and also items not committed. currently the open sales order report is excluding sales order where the items are not committed.

Please can anyone help me with this problem?
