How did the employee get the password reset even though the record is inactive?
As you can see in the attached photo, employee 10011 has already changed his login password despite being inactive.
We discovered this when we received a password change notice via email.
Why is this?
His employee should not even be able to log in because he is already inactive, but his password has been changed.
