How to create report to see inventory quantities by multiple locations?

Hi,

I'm looking for a report that will show the Item number and the total on hand quantity per different inventory locations. We have four different locations and would like to see a break down for each line item. for example:

Item #| Display Name| Location 1 Qty| Location 2 Qty| Location 3 Qty|Location 4 Qty|
