How to create a Sales Order Saved Search excluding Gift Certificate Item?
I have a transaction saved search that is looking for Sales Orders that are ready to ship so that we can send them over to RF-Smart (our WMS) which requires that we utilize the Criteria Main Line = True and that we do not use any summary critera. Part of this search also includes the Criteria Item on Any Line does not Equal "Gift Certificate" because we have to manually interact with orders where customers are purchasing gift cards.
