What to do after Resetting MFA to Authenticator App?
Hi,
Since NS will no longer be supporting the MFA SMS/Voice Call authenticator, I would like to ask a question.
Currently in our organization, we do not use MFA for users, HOWEVER as a sys admin, I am required from time to time to use the out of the box authentication via SMS/Voice cal.
I understand from the different articles that I have read that this method could be alternated to using an App (e.g Google which I have installed on my phone), but, I was unable to find how this could be modified and only found the preliminary set up however, I am past that stage of set up.
