How to view attachments of sent emails?

I've got a few saved searched that sends out emails with attachments. Now if someone asks, "Did the search send an email to recipient xyz and what was in the attachment?" I don't know how to find out. I have access to the Sent Email List, so I can view the recipient and the body of the email, but how can I view the attachment that was sent?
