SuitePromotions: Main Item is on back order-how to prevent free item from being fulfilled
Hi There
I have Suitepromotions on an account.
This is used for promotions such as if you buy item ABC, you get item DEF for free.
The issue I have come across is that if item ABC is on backorder, item DEF can still be fulfilled.
Is there a setting to prevent that?
The desired behaviour is that if the 'main item' (the one giving rise to the promotion) is on back order, then the related free item should also not be available for fulfilment.
