How to set up a Custom Field that calculates DSO for a Customer?
Hi All,
We are running dunning module in our NetSuite system.
We desired to add the DSO field in the customer form UI that will support in the calculation below:
Description 1
DSO (days sales open) is calculated based on the last 12 months of sales / payment terms.
Display with percentages
Description 2
calculation Should be average of open days after the invoice issuing date of the last 12 months of customer, for new customer it should be according to the service start date divided by the payment terms days.
What s the best way to that?
