How to create a Saved search where Item Rate on Purchase Order is higher than Item's Purchase Price?

Hi Guru's,


I am trying to create a saved search that will notify me when the cost of an item on a saved PO is higher than the current purchase price on the item record. I feel like I am maybe overthinking it, but I can not figure it out for the life of me! Please help! I have attached a sample of a PO with the cost highlighted and the matching item item.
