How to get Sales per year on Item Saved Search?

Hello all,

I need help with an item saved search

Criteria is set as follows:


Results are set as follows:


The Qty on SO ONLY shows the quantity committed - is there a formula that will show me what is on back-order?

I need to get results for $ sold per year

I tried the Transaction : Amount (Net) join field but this amount is not correct as it's showing me all transactions

I also tried to include Formula (Currency) / Sum / case when {accounttype} = 'Income' then {grossamount} else 0 end

This formula returns an error code: ERROR: Field Not Found

Can someone please help me - thank you in advance
