How to create saved search reminder to let me know if there are items to be received at my location?

Dear Gurus,

Can you please help me in creating a saved search reminder to let me know if there are any item to be received at my location,


Note ::The scenario here is if any purchase order has multiple item with multiple locations , i should get the update only if the line level location is is my location
