How to add Smart Count Date and Reason fields in Item Saved Search?

In a Saved Item Search, I would like to add the results of two fields that are created by the Smart Count SuiteApp:
- Last Inventory Count Date (Field ID: custpage_sc_last_count_date)
- Last Inventory Count Reason (Field ID: custpage_sc_last_count_reason)
I can't seem to find these fields in the saved search field options. I've also tried to add the fields with 'Formula (text)' {custpage_sc_last_count_date}, but this results in a error.
Is there a way to source these fields into a Saved Item Search?
