How to SEND EMAILS ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE on Last day of the month?

I started a new question, but it does relate to the last search you assisted me with.

(How to create a Saved Search to show the First Time a new Item has been Received? — Oracle NetSuite Support Community)

I am now trying to do two things.

  1. Have this search email out on the last day of each month. I can not seem to figure that out.
  2. This might require a different search, but what if we needed to enter a date in the past to replace (Today) in the formulas? Maybe filtering by a date.

The reason for both is to review each sales person's progress on the first or second day of the month to report who the winner was, etc.
