Why is the Costed Bill of Materials Inquiry page not showing Assemblies list?

Hi,

We have not enabled the Advanced Manufacturing feature . is it possible to use "Costed Bill of Materials Inquiry" as we are tring to use but list of assemblies always empty.

can you advise please
