How to disable the email notification of an error script in withholding tax processing?

Hi All,

Please help for my question.

I want to disable the email notification of an error script, but the script is a locked script, the notification disturbs the user.

while the script owner no longer has netsuite access, and our user access is full, so we cannot reactivate the owner.
