What permission is needed to view the Planned Standard Cost Roll Up Status?

We are configuring roles, and with Lists: Planned Standard Cost and Standard Cost Version set to Full, the role cannot see the planned standard cost roll up status. What needs to be added to the role permissions to allow that view?
