How to use the Percent Complete Override Subtab?

Hi!


On the new feature for 2023.1 there is a section for Percent complete override.

When I click actions - recalculate % complete override, I still do not see any numbers under the calculated percent complete column.

Could you kindly let me know of any prerequisites and the actual steps to use this feature?
