What is the Unit of Measure (Multiple Units) for Transfer Order?

When using standard cost the transfer unit of measure and the item defined cost unit of measure used to be different and not they seem to be the same. Can you clarify what unit of measure the Transfer Price is using and what unit of measure the Item Defined Cost is using so I make sure they are the same. We use standard costing. Was there a change with the new release?
