Why Response time via SOAP WS to NetSuite SO record is slow?

Hi Guys.

Now I am using Asteria Warp Core+ for EAI. this tool is connect to NetSuite direct. (JDBC/SOAP) I don't know detail connection method.

however, it response is very slow.

1000 SO(1000 line csv file) record create. 2h. Start 15:00-End 17:00 on NS.

it is very popular EAI service in Japan.

Step1. Access to customers EDI site and download data from this EDI site, CSV

Step2. put this csv file to File server.

Step3. Asteria service get this file. after that, Asteria convert some of field via NS customer record. e.g item cd.....
