How to resolve issue with Return Authorization from case Bundle (266623)?

Hi,


I'm using the Return authorization from case Bundle (266623) and having an issue that's really got me stumped.

When trying to create a Return Authorization from the case, I'm not able to. I get a warning that the "returnable quantity" is 0. This order has shipped already though, and even shows "qty fulfilled" as 1.

I have this bundle running in Sandbox and it works fine, i can't figure out what's different about my Production environment that might be causing this.


Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
