Is there a way to track Vendor COIs?

We use multiple contractors on our properties and require them to supply their Certificate of Insurance. Is there a way we could track their coverage dates in NS so that we could flag any that have expired or are about to expire. Trying to avoid another worksheet that I have to keep updated.
