How to view a count of text values in a search ?
I am creating a Saved Search and have a formula displaying the "Employment Type" as Full Time in one column, a second column with the formula set to display the "Employment Type" if it is Part Time.
E.g: CASE WHEN {custentity_employment_status} = 'Full Time' THEN 'Full Time' ELSE '' END
Now I want to set this up on a dashboard with a count so Payroll can see how many Full Time employees we have and how many Part Timers.
Any clue how to action is appreciated!
