Why the results stack on-top of each other using global search on a web browser via mobile phone?

When using the global search bar on Google Chrome or Safari via a mobile phone the results stack on-top of each other in stead of being in a list - this never used to happen... we did just update to 2023.1.

Is there any way to change this?

I tried using landscape mode but then you only see 3 results before having to scroll down.
