Saved Search: Formula (Text) How to Calculate % Complete?
Hello! I'm needing help with a formula to show me % complete in a Timesheet Search.
I simply need to take (Timesheets Created / Total Team Members) * 100 = % Timesheets Completed.
But as you can see below, my numbers are off. The second row should be 100, and the third row should be 66.66
This is my results tab:
The formula (Text) I'm using is:
ROUND(((CASE WHEN SUM({totalhoursdecimal}) > 0 THEN 1 ELSE 0 END) / COUNT({employee}))*100,2)
The COUNT({employee}) is working as expected, but I'm having trouble pulling the number of timesheets that have more than 0 hours on them for the week.
