How to edit the body of the Purchase Order for Approval Email sent by Approval Workflow?
We would like the PO memo to show up in the email sent from netsuiteapprovals@netsuite.com.
This is the email our managers receive from NetSuite when a PO is pending their review and approval. Oftentimes, our managers are traveling or in an area where they aren't able to access NetSuite easily to gain more information. For this reason, I would like to know if it is possible to include the PO memo in the email sent to them.
As you can see here, the PO memo states "stock order". This little bit of information will allow our managers to more quickly identify the purpose of the PO and will allow them to more quickly move it through the approval process.
