How to create a Saved Search that will show Cost of Goods Sold per Sales Order?

Can anyone give me an idea how to make a saved search that will show the Cost of Goods Sold that were attributable to fulfilling each sales order?

I tried the "Est. Extended Cost (Transaction)" field, and it went off the rails big time. According to it, our cost was about double our revenue, which I know is false.
