What is the difference of Purchase Price on Items Inventory Tab and System Notes?

Hello team,

I would like to ask about purchase price on inventory form.

Whats the difference between the purchase price under inventory tab on items and purchase price that are captured in sys info?

The system information that field has changed many many times. But I cant see 16.50 on the sys info.

Do you know where that might be capturing?
