How to pull tax code based on the Store location record?
I'm looking for some insight into Sales Orders and Tax Lines.
We’re experiencing an issue with Sales Orders adding the wrong tax to the SO. When a SO is created, the Tax Code should represent the state and municipality of the store providing the service. However, when the SO is created the taxable lines are pulling in the tax code from the Customer Record, not the Store location record.
We are using the standard NetSuite tax data (not a service like Avalara).
If I change the Customer within the SO, the tax code(s) are set from the new customer record that was added to the SO.
