How do you handle Reorder Multiple vs Minimum Order Quantity?

On some items we use the Reorder multiples because it is proper for that specific item that we buy in lots of 10 or 20 or whatever. But some items from our vendors have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 10 which means we could buy 11 if we wanted without having to buy 20.

Does anyone else have this, and if so how do you handle that?
