Ship To Select drop down box will not show on Sales Order form

Hello!

Our Sales Order form is missing the "Ship To Select" dropdown box in the Shipping subtab somehow, even though it is checked to Show. There don't seem to be any workflows or scripts hiding this field. Any ideas?

For some reason I'm getting a permission error when trying to upload a screenshot to show the customization page showing the field as Checked and showing the blank area under the Shipping tab on the form, so please trust. :)
