How to resolve error: "Please enter value(s) for: Amount, category" when importing Expense Reports?

hi expert,

i'm importing expense report by using single CSV follows below documentation

please advice, what should i put in this 2 columns (amount & category) here (red highlight), if transaction is only have 1 row ?

if i put as empty, error appear ==> Please enter value(s) for: Amount, category"
