Smart Count Failed: An installation script execution error occurred.

Hi All,

I have tried to install Smart Count in our Prod environment. However Netsuite gave me the error below to install Smart Count Foundation bundle.

Failed: An installation script execution error occurred.

Details: To install the Smart Count SuiteApp, you must first install the Smart Count Foundation bundle. Please contact your account manager.

File: ~/FileCabinet/SuiteApps/com.netsuite.smartcount/src/Installation/main/SC_SI_RegisterApp.js (li7o7l9uzx48zfc5ppok)


However I am still getting this error when I go back to install the proper Smart Count bundle.

I am a Sys Admin, so how do I resolve?
