CSV Import >Vendor > Error importing a word with accent mark

Hello.

I'm importing an item with vendor wihch name has a word in spanish with an accent mark, an special character.

I'm using an UTF-8 encoding, that it had not given me errors before, but now it give me an error with the vendor and I can't import the item.

The vendor is on the system, and has the accent mark in its name.

Why I receive this error?
