How to display an item's image on a mobile page?

Hi

We are using handheld to receive goods. Qe would like to display some items's image on the mobile page. as per Oracle link below we need to enable site builder (website and webstore): https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/article_161495429711.html

These features site builder (website and webstore) are probably expensive and we would be outside our company's budget. we won't need these site builders for our independent website and seems like a costly features to have just for displaying images of Items on the mobile page! Is there another solution to display item's images on mobile page without these features?
