How to set Item Commitment rules?

Hi Team,

We split our sales into regions and want to commit inventory to those orders based on rules for those regions. For example, all APAC orders should have the inventory with the longest expiry dates, while using FEFO in general.

We also may want to choose a specific customer to get inventory with expiry dates the soonest.

Does NetSuite have something that will allow me to create these kinds of rules for committing inventory to orders?
