Why the Custom Transaction saved search is duplicating the data?
I made the following Transaction saved search :
Criteria -
- Type = Purchase order
- Main = False
- Tax Line = False
Results -
Document Number summary type = Group
Item Group summary type = Group
Formula (Numeric) summary type = Group Sum {quantity}-{quantityshiprecv}
This works but when I add the following row to the results ( to find the earliest date an attachment was sent ) the sum of {quantity}-{quantityshiprecv} goes wrong (when there are duplicate rows in a PO):
Formula (Date/Time) min CASE WHEN {essages.hasattachment} = 'T' THEN {messages.messagedate} ELSE NULL END
Any idea how to fix this?
