How to create a Saved Search for Sales Order with closed Projects?

Where the sales order is pending billing, and the projects are closed for that particular sales order.

In our scenario a sales order can have multiple projects, so even if one of them is open it should not show in the search results.

The search should only show all pending billing sales orders with all related closed projects
