How to add Item Fulfillment Record Customer Field on Saved Search?

Hi,

I want to create a saved search for inline editing use. I can only use main line fields or I get an error saying "Only searches filtered to the main line support editing." I need to set my criteria to a specific customer. I see 'Customer' in the main line on the Item Fulfillment record but I don't know how to access it. I tried "Name" but then I get the main line error. I couldn't find customer or entity in the list of saved search fields. How do I get access to the field? What is it called?
