Is Inventory Aging Days calculating based on the Document created?

hi expert,

we know together that right now NetSuite does not have Inventory Aging as standard feature, but given a solution to create saved searches with the following video : https://videohub.oracle.com/media/Saved+Search+Shows+Inventory+Aging/1_mh7ihcvj

the main calculation is trigger with this formula like "trandate-today", need confirming this saved searches purpose is to calculate aging days based on document created right ?

this formula is not calculating based on how many days the on hand product in the warehouse, right ?
