Implement a loading screen for Suitelets

I recently came across a Suitelet page to create a new approval rule in SuiteApproval SuiteApp with a loading screen that prevented users from editing the form until it fully loaded.

I found this feature quite useful, especially since I frequently work with Suitelets. It would be great if I could implement something similar in my own Suitelets to ensure a smooth user experience.

If anyone has implemented a loading screen functionality on their Suitelets and can provide guidance or share their experience, I would greatly appreciate it.

Any clarifications or suggestions are welcome.
