How to Create a Saved Search to identify Cycle Counts that create new lots?

I need to create a saved search that can be used for as a reminder for when a cycle creates a new lot. In the attached photo, a new lot was created when the operator scanned the wrong item during the cycle count. I really wish there was a way to just stop this all together, but since I don't believe there is, at least to be able to create a reminder when it does happen so we can correct it in a timely manner.
